Kinetic EVA Orthotics

Kinetic EVA Orthotics is a new product range providing a combination of advanced manufacturing technology in a long tried and tested material environment. We are committed to delivering the kind of control you want and need.

EVA milled Orthotics are manufactured using our unique Kinetic technology. This gives these devices the same high degree of design integrity and accuracy as our polypropylene product, which mean that our customers have more options when prescribing Kinetic Orthotics®.

We are continuing to innovate our EVA product in order to provide the best EVA orthotics available on the market. Over the past twelve months we have substantially reengineered this product to keep abreast of the latest developments in biomechanics.

We are pleased to be able to provide our customers with this state-of-the-art unique Australian manufactured and engineered product.

EVA material properties

There are three different densities available for the EVA material product - Soft, Medium, and Rigid. These densities have been uniquely selected and manufactured to provide an ideal balance between durability, density and performance.

Soft, low density 190

The soft, or low density, material can be used for people who are lightweight and/or have peripheral vascular disease. These people include diabetics and patients with high blood pressure as well as patients with rheumatoid arthritis.

Medium density 260

The medium density is the most versatile density material with excellent levels of durability, comfort and control. Ideal weight range around 85Kg.

Rigid, high density 350

Rigid, or High density, material is great for people weighing over 90 kg, or people engaging in a high level of activity where a longer durability is required.

EVA Orthotic devices have three different styles.

  • ¾ Length Casual
  • ¾ Length Fashion

All our EVA Orthotics are top covered in vinyl as standard. However, leather, spenco, or Vlies are also available by request.
